For the first time since my death, he falls into a fitful, trembling sleep.
“Achilles. I cannot bear to see you grieving”
His limbs twitch and shudder.
“Give us both peace. Burn me, and bury me. I will wait for you among the shades. I will—”
But he already is waking. « Patroclus! Wait! I am here! »
He shakes the body beside him. When I do not answer, he weeps again.

- I hope Hector kills you.
- Do you think I do not hope for the same?

Hell yeah! Love griefed Achilles.

« Then, the Fall.
He snatches for his sword to slash his throat. It is only when his hand comes up empty that he remembers : he gave the sword to me. »

I LOVE how his first reflex when Achilles sees his dead lover is TO SLASH HIS OWN THROAT. THAT’S THE GRIEF WE WANT

Même si je trouve ce livre bancal je sais que je vais chialer à la fin.

Achilles : I don’t know how you remember them all. I swear they look all the same to me.

J’aime plus Achilles il est vrmt on the fine line of my appreciation. BE HUMAN déjà que tu fais un concours de bite avec les Troyens mais FERME TA GUEULE.

Mais il n’y a rien qui va dans cette guerre. Je déteste tous les personnages (sauf achilles il est potable)
