What if thistlefoot is the only survivor?

I’m just not interested in reading this. But I like it every time I read it. 😑

Enjoyable read and yet I can ‘wait’ to read. Have to force myself to read it

The book drops you into folklore logic without and 🥚 full of bullets doesn’t make logic. Baba Yaga’s magic is not foreshadowed or rationalized — it’s meant to feel strange, abrupt, and unsettling.

Pause for some stories from Thistlefoot (the house). Baba Yaga finds her home (Thistlefoot ) by spitting on a 🫘 and following where it rolls. Baba Yaga has two daughters she crafted from teeth

“Thistle foot. Mom said ‘People in our family, we are born with thistle in our feet. It’s why we’re always traveling. Because if we stood still, the vessel would prick us.’”
