So far, my only real complaint is the world-building. It’s delivered almost entirely through the FMC’s internal monologue, and those sections go on for pages instead of unfolding naturally through the story. I’d much rather experience the world alongside the characters than be told everything at once.

I’m hoping it finds its footing and starts weaving the world-building into the plot...
