“Remind your boy that all bodies are good bodies because they keep us alive, and allow us to do the things we enjoy, such as playing sports, mucking about with friends and hugging the people we love. Assure your boy that if he is living a healthy and active life then his body is exactly how it is supposed to be.”
Maybe if I repeat this to my boys enough time then I’ll start believing it for myself too.
