Demon is just that…a green eyed demon. Dream is pissing me off this far because when will she learn Demon means what he says. Poor Dayana having to marry this fraud Jordan and her father forcing her to but big ups to her for giving it all to Smoke. I like Smokes character as he’s not as rough around the edges as Demon is but he has just enough. He loves his late wife dearly and I like to see that.

So far I am intrigued. All of the D names are tripping me up and I had to write down who is who to keep up won e I finished Chapter 4. The book starts heavy with violence produced by demon and arranged marriage.
