I hate how easily each character changes sides or changes from hate to love or love to hate in an instance, they are so fickle... thinking of DNFing but I really want to know how it ends

The pacing is really bad with this book, I feel like it could have been edited more. The characters/villains follow a pattern of make a bad decision and then trying to fix the consequences of their bad decision. The characters also seem to need some work, they don't feel like the have purpose and follow thru, they act in accordance to the plot. The decisions based on what the plot needs or to show their villainous.

I feel like this could have been edited out to be shorter
