I’m 62% into this book, and I’m still trying to understand how the disappearance of these items is actually affecting the world. Maybe that’s the point, but I feel like the consequences aren’t hitting the postman nearly hard enough and what about his ex-girlfriend? His friend? Or his dad how is affecting them? I keep waiting for the world to feel a little more… disrupted.
