All in all it’s a four star read. I’m not sure if I’ll continue this series as this is the book with the highest ratings and the first one fell really flat.

Floriane was a good main character. I would have loved a longer prologue and also a few chapters from Ruvan’s POV but yeah.

I really liked the setup with the human town and I also loved all the twists. The love story was more a side than a main plot, but I can’t complain.

This was waaay better than the first book of the series. A solid plot, characters with depth and an overall good reading experience.

Let this be better than the first book. I’m switching to english here because it’s on KU and I refuse to pay for these books.
