(1) Were people so starved for company in the '70s that drivers were looking for hitchhikers?
- For that matter, were hitchhikers so prevalent that you'd just expect to see another one? and during a downpour?
(2) Don't get me wrong, I enjoyed this issue, it just didn't really pay off what the last issue teed up.
- The Joker's also less menacing and more kooky.
