I am only 18 pgs into the intro and am rly enjoying it. Emily Wilson’s contextualization of the text is so enlightening. What draws me to this story already is 1.) “Homer” is likely a collection of people, all working together to create and 2.) the simple human truth of a man just wanting to make it home
