People are too focused on tropes and quotes and not enough on the journey and feelings on how those people get there. No one’s writing chemistry and longing anymore, no one’s focusing on why these people should and want to be with each other.
I have not read romance since I was maybe 13. Just too corny for me the genre doesn’t do it for me, I prefer romance in other genres
