Maybe because I’m a feminist who loves her books and would love to be a Librarian, but also maybe a mom too, but I don’t love her attitude towards kids/am oddly sensitive to her disdain despite also her seeming very interested in teaching and educating kids? Just odd tone/characterization. But intriguing - had not seen a sapphic gargoyle book before!
