Very dense and technical dialogue. Did catch me laughing, but I was a bit confused over the greater overall point

Footnote 304 is incredibly dense, I struggled to get through it. Had to look up a summary, but I think I’m understanding this a bit more. The ETA stories are a bit dense, too. But everything else is enjoyable for the most part.

I’m taking this about 10 pages at a time minimum. It’s so dense, that 10 pages feels like a real workout. But it’s enjoyable and humorous so far. We just got introduced to Marathe and Steeply.

Ah man, lotta characters getting introduced. But they bring with them some interesting stories. I’m wanting to read more before I go to bed tonight.

Woah. I read a lot, despite not a huge jump in page count. Footnote 24 told me a LOT (I think). I think I get the direction of this novel and seeing some threads get woven together. But how can I be so sure when I’m not even a tenth of the way done with it!? I am enjoying this though.

Okay, I’m starting to get invested in this book. I was told it was going to click with me and be exciting around 200ish pages, but I’m already getting there. Oh boy.

What do you get when you cross an insomniac, an unwilling agnostic, and a dyslexic. You get somebody who stays up all night torturing himself mentally over the question of whether or not there’s a dog.
