I’m starting to think that this is the type of fiction novel Id prefer to read rather than listen…because the whole letters to E.N. Bit is a tad confusing compared to the rest of the book thus far.I’m assuming the man who had a woman stumble across him, was the writer of the letters to EN?
Anyways,not as enjoying it as much now& I think I should check out a physical copy.

This has a poetic & kaleidoscopic style of literary prose that seems to blend genres & such. Beautifully written with some shocking moments thus far.
Long car rides today = lots of audiobook listening. Esp with the speed dialed up to 1.70!

I love me a generational historical fiction… I can’t really explain what this reminds me of… maybe if the Covenant of Water took place in New England area of the USA.
It’s beautifully written so far… but I can imagine where some would find this boring but it’s my kinda book.
(I’m on the spinster sisters right now,the daughters of the apple man, who struggled with PTSD)
