(1) This isn't bad, but coming off of his Detective Comics run, it isn't what I expect when I think of Steve Englehart.
- This is a lot more... I guess "tame" is the best word.
- Possibly Batman was meant to be a different vibe?
(2) Barbara's a US congresswoman. Odd, but as good a way as any to get her out of Gotham so Bruce can enjoy his penthouse era.
