I quit halfway though. I can't stand the characters. I just don't want to read about their angst and their emotional problems. I want heroes, not emotionally stunted weirdos.

Also, I couldn't get past the grammar of the ship's AI being referred to with the singular they. Which is weird, because I had no problem with the pronoun shenanigans in Delany's Stars in My Pocket Like Grains of Sand--now there's a good book.
