Donald Dinero This book is a "must read" for every American. Monopolies were sought to be avoided when the country was founded and today there is still a faction that believes they should be controlled by the government. My mother used to say"the rich get richer and the poor get poorer and it's even more so today. It takes people like Ronald Regan and Trump to change legislation to enable monopolies so they can have more power. And it takes people like FDR to support legislation that gets us back on track. The most obvious question is why would someone support monopolies. Once you have a billion dollars, how much more do you need? The answer is the accumulation of power. Hartman shows us what can be done about this, but he doesn't say why wet have to take action. With money comes power and Trump has shown that the really rich want more power. Hartman explains that Bork et al created a system that would undermine our government by changing the three branches of government at all levels in addition to our universities. Trump is doing that now. If people understood what was being done to our country we could easily overcome the forces of facism. Everyone must understand what is being done to our country so that we can reverse the forces and bring our country back to the democracy that the founders intended and that we once enjoyed.
