(1) Okay, so this is better than Part 1, but only because, albeit still stupid, it's stupid in less exhausting and all-encompassing ways.
- Joker doesn't spend the whole issue being the Atlantean Whisperer like last time, sweet-talking everyone into imbecility.
- But Aquaman and Batman do have a fistfight for no logical reason, like it's some inter-company crossover.
