This *book* is emotional labor.

I’m committed at this point, but for anyone else interested, I recommend just reading this author’s Harper’s Bazaar article that went viral . She’s just repeating its same basic points for hundreds of pages.

They are all correct and cathartic points. But it’s officially getting old now.
