i’m just confused how this is the same audrey rose from the last book (which genuinely took place a week ago) considering in that one she thought about thomas constantly any time they weren’t speaking for a bit

oh wonderful she’s basically cheating on him

if this book or series ends with her giving up forensics and taking up engineering i’ll die bc why would the first two books be spent detailing her love for forensics that leads her to break rules and deal with her trauma head on if forensic science isn’t even her real passion omg

i also don’t understand how sleight of hand can be used in forensic work
