Bravo! Loved it. Hate and stupidity passes on from generation to generation and this book illustrates the consequences of that beautifully. There could be an entire series on the Bobby character. Mary Kay was one bad ass momma! They messed with the wrong one for sure! Four stars.

“When she breaks his nose with her right fist, it sounds like a cue ball shattering a tight rack.” That’s what I’m talking about! I’m down for a “rampaging parent” mystery. Razorblade Tears didn’t quite hit. Just started the sixth chapter and I’m loving Mary Pat. That lady is not going to take any mess and she doesn’t suffer fools either. Like the setting and period, too.
