It's good. Idk if it was this book or Think and Grow Rich but this good kept reinstating the fact that your subconscious is highkey dumb and will and does believe whatever you tell it. Good or bad. Which is just so true. But yah it’s good and I also liked how this book talked about all the different types of negative statements and self talk and clarified how a lot of the statements we say are still technically ->
