we’re travellingg to the afterlifee??? ok that is really cool!! how tf do see Roya’s (cyrus’ mom pov) after she died and is now talking to a friend of cyrus who is 8 years old??

finally starting to understand cyrus and his whole backstory with his dad, his mother and his alcoholism and drug abuse and selling. he is a very interesting protagonist for sure, yet I still have to get used to how the whole book is written in thirf person instead of first-person. I dont really like that because it makes me feel like I dont get to know the protagonist that well and deeply, like his thoughts or sth
