It's rather unfortunate that Daileader decided against a copresentation of the political and cultural development and opted for a mostly eclective selection of topics in a pretty generalising manner (how much can you really say in 30m about the conditions of peasants across all of europe spanning 300 years without having introduced any policies). Still, as a propaedeutic to further education it's still good.
