“They are not free at all. They are essentially our prisoners.” (Pg. 127)
Legit terrifying, but has me curious on the progress of genetics since this book came out. Because in here, they mention that they altered the dino genetics so that they are missing physical processes required for survival, forcing them to stay close for human support. In what ways has science progressed and tried to replicate this method?

OmG! I love this book!
Between the in depth sciencey terms/explanations. To comparing/contrasting the book to the movies I love. There has been no boring part for me so far!

Do any scientists actually care about quality communication??? Or truly anyone in this book, honestly!
And the age gap between Ellie and Alan?! Same gap as my parents! The movies deceived me 😭
I truly enjoy it so far though. An amazing book!
