I bought this book while I was on my Alaskan cruise last week! What a joy to find Alaskan author memoirs, to keep the memories of a glorious trip.

This book has it all, humorous, sad, prayerful, entertaining, most of all honesty. You will crack up, how the book got its title. Her mother is something else. lol

“My neighbor Betty sewed, a yellow vest for her dog, Bart, to make sure no one mistakes him for a bear in Alaska and accidentally shoots him.” 🤣

I just got back from Alaskan cruise. We stopped at several ports that had bookstores. Yay! 😀 I bought three books on this trip from Alaska authors. This is the first one.
