This woman practices medicine…on a tiny island…and is always busy…and she knows no one when she goes places? And no one even says hello to her??? No “oh there’s Pamela who I just say for a rolled ankle” or something like that? Just that the town doesn’t really accept outsiders or more accurately (and conveniently) doesn’t accept her.
