Wonder how the impact of cursive no longer being taught and understood impacts the absorbing of this story. Does it add an element of mystery that is otherwise not there, another piece of the puzzle to figure out as you go, or does it make this an unapproachable text? Hopefully enough people can still read cursive to engage with it effectively.
