I’ve yet to finish this series. I’m not sure if I have a similar hang up as you, but while I love the story line, love the characters, it all just seems to drag on. Once I finish the book I’m on I’m excited to know what happens next, but struggle to consistently read/listen to the next book. I’m almost done. 2 more books in this series.
