It's reassuring to hear that Dawn's sudden songwriting abilities are foreign even to you, who has read so much more new BSC stuff than me. It was not from the original series, that's for sure. Someone in the reviews thinks that maybe whoever wrote Dawn's storyline here had her mixed up with Maggie from California Diaries, but I don't really remember Maggie having much interest in composition/Broadway...

But also dude, don't make a fanedition and not doublecheck your basis for the character you're writing.
