Pfft. This double standard of wanting distance from someone and getting mad when they develop is grinding my gears.

This is also weaker than the first book since the writing is v clunky and the pace feels abrupt.

Why Duff and Allen decided to add a POV is anyone’s guess. I wonder how Amelia’s family will affect the plot long term.
