Two notes. On page 88, Dr Hale muses that her patients she sees at home are mostly trivial and wealthy. Yet, the tape recording manuscripts show patients that are incredibly sick, likely to the extent that they would face inpatient psychiatric holds (paranoid schizophrenia, NPD, etc.). Doesn’t seem to add up and possible oversight. Also it’s so obvious to me that Ethan is EJ.
