This book is extremely frustrating. I enjoy Evelyn's book usually, but this one had me stop reading twice. I hardly ever like to DNF books, because I believe you should start what you finish. Corine's story makes you want to see her win, but her attitude and approach to Dax is too much considering she was not a victim. She made a choice. The lying and manipulation is too much, and too drawn out.
