Author has figured out how to pad a short story worth of plot into a novel-length book. So much needless detail and flat dialogue! Wooden antagonists. Absurd twists (ah yes the IA officer followed him on his “vacation” and saved him from the bad guys, because… she thought he was getting a bum rap from his LT?)
