Going into this book I didn't know how religious Sara Hall is, and as the God talk increased in the first few chapters I worried I wouldn't be able to relate. But when she said she struggled with feeling like running so much is selfish (vs doing something beneficial for humanity), I realized I could relate to the feeling of conflictedness, even if my need to contribute comes from a different, nonreligious place.
