I can't believe no one thought to include a godsdamned map when every single one of my lousy paperback editions of Game of Thrones has one. Sorry but I can't remember where The Reach is or Hardhome or The Vale, apparently. Which makes some of all these war strategies and battle movements very hard to follow.
