Been reading this out loud when Tim and I both have time. Tim has also really enjoyed it. The humorous parts and the hard parts of it. This was the perfect book for me to choose for a read aloud. This will be a 4-5 ⭐

This book. Started reading it again for Tim. Tim.and I have almost cried a couple of times as I have read. The 8 year old boy pulls at the emotions on what he goes through.

Man, this author writes about some rough stuff. This 8 year old boy and the abuse he gets at home. Thinking I may pause here and have this be a book I read out loud with Tim in the room. He will feel for this kid and like this story I think.
