It's not bad except for the protagonists refusing to see the one hypothesis that is so obviously and painfully in front of their eyes.

And it's either "justified" by the inworld sexist system, or the author just wants to preserve the twist for later and assumes her readers are absolute morons...

If the twist is exactly as I expect, this book will not rate well for thinking me a fool.
