First of all, this book is required reading for EVERY Christian woman, not just those who are married with biological kids. Furman is absolutely right that all women are called to mother in one sense or another, and there has been no part of this book so far that hasn’t been relevant to me as a single and childless woman. Secondly, her summary of biblical theology is one of the best I’ve ever read. Praise God!!
