An interesting premise. I have seen it work with female characters, but not with male counterparts. I am intrigued. Since the man being tricked is a Duke, this conflict could have serious legal repercussions. If I got my memories back and was a Duke, and realized the female protagonist knew my true identity the whole time, I would put her in jail. Definitely going to keep reading! I have to see how this plays out.
