chapter 8 is my fave so far im actually obsessed with this book. its so incredibly clever how the magical elements take this from "blah blah kid becomes king" into an unforgettable fantastical experience. i ADORE this and especially the role of animals. the writing is fantastic. I LOVE YOU MY WART <3
