This had me hooked last night and I didn’t want to put it down but sleep was calling. Much easier to follow than Wolf Hall which I loved but often felt confused with all the Thomas’. The line from Wolsey “make it happen, I didn’t and now I’m dead” was so brilliant! All the characters feel so real, it’s like a walk through Tudor times.
