Ok so Essi is a fire lark and when Raeve burned their house down in her grief, I believe the fire brought her soul back to her body. She then saw Raeve get “eaten” by Kaans dragon. So both Raeve and essi think the other is dead. I hope her and pyroke save Kaan and Raeve.
