Great audiobook do far! Started out with Malcolm’s parents and their experiences with the KKK and their involvement in the UNIA (led by Garvey, whose mission it seems was Black self-sufficiency, building up Africa which differed from the NAACP’s mission of integration). There was a very nuanced discussion about colourism as well.
