i’m finding it hard to relate to the main character here. the author chooses not to delve deeper into the emotional side of the protagonist, despite him navigating an extremely challenging and traumatic situation. 🤔 maybe it is toxic masculinity? considering our author & main character are both male and have been conditioned to avoid emotions altogether?
