I have no motivation to read this book specifically even though it’s actually really good 😭 I think it’s because it’s so long that I don’t feel like I’m getting any closer to the end, like even though I’m 50% done I still have almost 500 pages left

I really liked the first section but part 2 is dragging pretty bad for me 😭 And I’ve been working 9 hour shifts every day so I need to really like the book I’m reading to be motivated to read during or after work so this one might take me a while to get through

i dnfed it when i was about halfway done ;( i honestly don’t get the hype around it it’s just not appealing to me unfortunately

The only reason why I’m reading it in the first place is because my mom and aunt want to all watch it together and I don’t like watching adaptations before reading the book since the book is typically better. So I’m like super determined to finish it but I keep picking up different books in the middle of reading it because it’s just not doing it for me. There are some great parts that I fly through, but then it always slows back down again after and drags on and on
