As a book, this was poorly written with little plot, which was predictable.

As a representation of a health care workers experience in the public health system - this was fantastic. The first few chapters in a subacute rehab ward made me feel so validated as a public hospital physio. Whilst a novel, it showcased the dangers, shortfalls and realistic experiences we see in Australia’s healthcare.
