Oh chapter 8, how something that seems so right can result in a nightmare. If Heather had been more specific, would the Aliens be on Earth? It can be evaluated that some situations do not have easy fixes—is a closed-minded attempt to be a superhero worth the damages it may cause?

‘The Lathe of Heaven’ forges the idea that ‘good intentions’ do not always have good outcomes. From an egotistical standpoint, people can use deeds to their advantage, completely blinded and oblivious to the damage/effects it may cause to others or their surroundings. One opinionated question that remains is: Is doing what you think is right right?
