Riven smart? I think we’ve read a different book. Also just want to point out that I am to believe that the girl on deaths door who bruises as soon as someone touches her is fighting (and winning) against the supernatural “god” who can kill whole armies alone. Sure, makes total sense.

Seriously she panics after everything she does. Which is fair because everything she does is incredibly stupid.

lol I just need to comment about it again. Jude killed a man for standing to close to the director but she thinks she can steal his book without a plan essentially? Have we forgotten that apparently she’s so hurt, crushed ribs and all, that she couldn’t even walk home? And now she almost started a fight? The window is closing? Girl, there never was a window ‘twas a wall.

The amount of unreasonable bravery and confidence already is killing me. You are telling me she has lived with this curse all her lives and in a split decision she thinks she knows the solution although there is no evidence or reason to believe it would work? Rather than that it would make more than enough sense to say I’m desperate and angry so I will do the stupid thing anyways. Her situation is bad enough.
