At 23% and 13 chapters in, you'd think I would be much more drawn into this "fast-paced psychological thriller" than I am. At this point I want to DNF, but I will give it a few more chapters.
Downfalls thus far include poorly edited, callow writing that throws information and narrative around like a Pollock painting. The cover gives more clues to the content, literally, than anything.
